Coach's in-store customization service, Coach Create, allows customers to customize their bags with digital printing, pins and monograms. The Coach Create TikTok series captures the in-store experience. The first video was a viral success, receiving over 4 million views to date. Capitalizing off the video's success, three more videos were made, starring Master Craftsperson at Coach House 5th Avenue, Luis.
